Who doesn’t like to dip it? And who does love to dip veggies, chips, crackers and bread. They all create a love dance with a dramatic “dip”. I found the similar the better. Try some of these suggestions the next time you got something you want to dip.
Roasted Veggie Dip
Roast red pepper on the grill, on the stove burner or in the oven. Peel off blacken skin and mash with a fork. Add in yogurt, sour cream or a combo of both. Add salt and fresh cracked pepper. Get Dipp’n

Roasted Tomatoes, garlic and basil
OK so you just went to the farmers market and guess what tomatoes are in prime season. You walked out into your garden and today you have tons of tomatoes, or you just got your CSA box and it is full of tomatoes. Try this one…
Cut tomatoes in half and clean out seeds. Drizzle on olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven on high heat or under the broiler. Crush with a fork, add fresh crushed garlic and fresh basil.
Add more olive oil and you have a great dip for bread. Think about….
